Lucía Muntadas-Prim has held various roles in the past few years. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Researcher and Election Research Fellow for BallotReady, a company on a mission to make democracy work the way it should. In 2020, they worked as a Civic Technology Fellow for Capitol Canary, a comprehensive digital engagement and communications platform, and as an Election Researcher for Democracy Works. In 2019, they were a Research Assistant for Milos Educational Women's Collaboration (MEWCAT) and a Marketing Intern and Mentor for Advancity. Additionally, they were a Co-Founder for Bangin' 'Booch, a New Orleans based fundraising campaign, and a Development Intern for L&L MAG. In 2018, they were a Strategic Outreach Intern for ChangeRoots and an Educational Intern for UpwardBound. Finally, in 2017, they worked as a Student Fundraiser for Tulane University's Development Department through Ruffalo Noel Levitz, attaining over $40,000 for the university.

Lucía Muntadas-Prim completed their International Baccalaureate at the American School of Barcelona from 2014 to 2016. Lucía then attended Tulane University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs. In 2019, they also completed a Study Abroad program at the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Lucía has a Bilingual Certificate from the International Baccalaureate.
