Macy Browning

Macy Browning has held several positions in the past few years. In 2020, they were the Social Media Director for Belmont College Democrats, where they coordinated a content strategy for a 1000-user follower base across Instagram and Twitter and strategized digital outreach efforts to reinforce social media presence and promote organizational awareness. In 2021, they were a Writer for Strike Magazine, where they composed bi-weekly original blog posts and developed messaging and graphics for a multi-page spread in the magazine's charter issue. In 2022, they were an Off-Campus Housing Senator for Vanderbilt Student Government, a Researcher for BallotReady, and an Arena Academy Graduate for Arena, where they were selected as one of 200 participants for a week-long political campaign bootcamp and crafted messaging and identified core values for an unfavored candidate in a simulated campaign competition.

Macy Browning began their educational career at Belmont University in 2020, where they studied Political Science and Journalism. Macy then transferred to Vanderbilt University in 2021, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication Studies, set to graduate in 2024.
