Eleni Polycarpou

Eleni Polycarpou is an experienced Facilities Manager at Ballymore since November 2020, overseeing hard services, mechanical and electrical systems, and health and safety for 2700 apartments across 25 blocks. Responsibilities include managing fire safety and water quality while liaising with service providers to ensure high service levels. Eleni is also the Founder and Director of ARTful, curating art installations for the commercial sector and promoting collaborations between emerging artists and businesses since June 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Facilities Manager at GVA West End Management, with a focus on Berkeley Square Estate and Berkeley Square House, and initial experience as Helpdesk and Facilities Coordinator. Eleni holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Buckinghamshire New University, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
