Jennifer Reagan

Jennifer Reagan has a solid work experience in the field of talent, learning, and development, as well as human resources. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Development at Bally's Corporation, which they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Talent, Learning, and Development at Bally's Corporation from April 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Bally's Corporation, Jennifer worked as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Twin River Casino from April 2017 to April 2021. Jennifer also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center from October 2016 to December 2018, and as a Human Resources Manager at Twin River Casino from February 2014 to October 2016. Jennifer's early career includes roles as Corporate Training and Recruiting Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Restaurant Manager at Newport Harbor Corporation, where they worked from April 2004 to February 2014.

Jennifer Reagan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Capella University. Prior to that, they attended the University of Rhode Island from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Business Management and Psychology. Jennifer completed their high school education at Exeter-West Greenwich Regional High School, receiving a General Education degree. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained various certifications, including the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certifications in 2015. Jennifer also holds certifications in HR Generalist, Integrated Talent Management, and is a Certified ServSafe Alcohol Instructor.
