Filip Volders

Filip Volders has over 25 years of work experience in the IT and facilities management fields. Filip is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg since July 2019. Prior to this, Filip worked at IQ-EQ for six years as the Group IT, Change Management, and Facilities Leader. Filip was responsible for managing IT infrastructure, change management, information security, and facilities across the group. Filip also served as the Head of IT for EMEA at Schroder Investment Management (Luxembourg) S.A. from 2005 to 2013. Filip started their career at Caceis bank Luxembourg, where they worked as an IT Development Project Manager for over 10 years.
