Stephan Ragg

Stephan Ragg is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Group Human Resources at Baloise Group since June 2013. Prior to this role, Stephan held the position of Leiter Schaden (COO - Claims Operations) at Baloise Insurance from June 2007 to May 2013. Stephan began a notable career at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., where responsibilities included serving as the Head of Personal Injury Claims Europe and Head of the Center of Competence for Personal Injury Claims from April 1999 to May 2007. Educationally, Stephan is advancing leadership skills through the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, concurrently working towards a Doctor of Law (PhD) degree from the University of Zurich, which was completed from 1987 to 1993.
