P. Sandeep started their career in human resources at Vikram Solar Private Limited in October 2014 as the Vice President of HR & Corporate Affairs. P. was responsible for setting up the PMS system, employee engagement roll out, and focusing on the Training and Development programme as head of HR. In addition to their human resources responsibilities, P. Sandeep also represented the company in various forums like CII and Chambers of Commerce, liaised with Government departments, and helped with business development.
In October 2013, P. Sandeep moved to Neotia Healthcare Initiative Limited as the Vice President of HR & Corporate Affairs. P. was responsible for heading Genome, the Fertility Clinic. Their responsibilities included operations and maintenance, marketing and branding, and expansion of the clinic. P. Sandeep also restructured the HR department, setting up a Performance Management System and introducing a KRA based assessment system.
