Diaz Abdul Aziiz Irawan

Diaz Abdul Aziiz Irawan currently serves as the Human Capital Assistant Manager at Pertamina Foundation since August 2025. Prior experience includes several roles at PT Len Railway Systems, where responsibilities spanned from Human Capital Manager to coordinating Human Capital System Development and People Development, focusing on organization development, recruitment, and systems. Previous experience also includes participation in a Management Development Program at Indomaret Group and contributions to the Laboratory of Work System Engineering & Ergonomics at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Diaz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, earned between 2011 and 2015.
