Nadir MAADIR is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as a Unit Production Manager at Balt Group since December 2021, Nadir previously held roles at GE Healthcare as a Product Quality & Manufacturing Process Engineer and a Manufacturing Process Engineer for Interventional Image Guided Systems, where responsibilities included leading quality improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experience includes positions as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at STELIA Aerospace, and internships at ENOC, Votorantim, Brasserie du Maroc, and SAMIR, showcasing a strong foundation in process improvement and project management. Nadir holds a Mastère spécialisé in Lean Management and an engineering degree in Industrial Systems Management from prestigious institutions, complemented by a Lean Academy certification from GE Healthcare in Japan.
