Mark Pollard

Mark Pollard is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a diverse background in culinary management and consulting. Since September 2024, Mark has been serving as a Consultant at ARZO Hospitality, specializing in full-service hospitality consulting. Concurrently, Mark has held the position of Culinary Manager at Balthazar since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Resorts World Catskills from February 2018 to September 2019, where Mark honed culinary skills and leadership in a high-pressure environment.
