Ben Shaffer

Ben Shaffer began their career in 2015 as a 3D Artist Intern at the Imaging Research Center at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. That same year, they were also a Lead Production Assistant at Eric Dyer Studio, where they were responsible for tasks such as 3D modeling, animating, video editing, and constructing zoetrope sculptures. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance 3D Artist, creating apps and mobile games and modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating several assets and characters. In 2017, they joined Balti Virtual as a Senior Animator and Junior Artist.

Ben Shaffer received their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2016. Prior to this, they completed their Associate of Arts in Visual Arts from Anne Arundel Community College in 2013.
