Jaunius Belickas

Jaunius Belickas has a variety of experience in the IT field. Jaunius started their career as a Programmer at Vilniaus Universitetas IT center in 2003. In 2004, they became a Technical Leader at Net@Biz. Jaunius then worked at Alna Software as a Software Developer from 2005 to 2008, and later as a Systems Architect from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they joined UAB "Baltic Amadeus" as a Java Team Lead, where they held various responsibilities including team leadership, coaching, recruitment, software development, consulting, and technical writing. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Wix.com, a role they have held since December 2016.

Jaunius Belickas completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they attended from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Parallel programming, Functional Program Design in Scala, Functional Programming Principles in Scala, Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach, Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 7 Programmer, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE7 Programmer, and Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Coursera Course Certificates, Pearson VUE, and Oracle/Prometric throughout various years.
