Jolanta Sipavičienė

Jolanta Sipavičienė has over 24 years of work experience in various roles related to IT business analysis and system analysis. Jolanta currently holds the position of Senior IT Business Analyst at Baltic Amadeus since April 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Danske Bank, Group IT Lithuania, Group Finance Solution unit, where they started as a Senior Information Technology Business System Analyst in February 2020 and transitioned to an IT Business/System Analyst in February 2021. Jolanta'sresponsibilities involved analyzing and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting testing activities using Agile methodology.

Before their role at Danske Bank, they worked at Luminor Lietuva as a Senior Systems Analyst in the IT Design and Development department, focusing on customer accounts, deposits, e-invoice payments, and PLAIS payments products. Jolanta was responsible for analyzing functionality, preparing requirements for development, and mapping data between systems.

Prior to Luminor Lietuva, Jolanta worked at DNB as an IT Functional Analyst, where they were involved in product areas such as accounts and deposits, e-invoice, SEPA payment account directive, and service baskets. Jolanta'sresponsibilities included gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing IT systems development documentation, and testing IT systems and product changes.

Jolanta also has experience working in project implementation programs, such as the TODO project at DnB Bank, where they worked as a Business Integration Department Expert/Analyst for 6 years. In addition, they worked as an Expert in the Methodology Department at DnB Nord Bank and as a Marketing Manager and Product Manager at SE "Infostruktūra" in various roles related to marketing, analysis, sales, and customer service.

Jolanta Sipavičienė has a diverse education history. Jolanta first attended Secondary-school in Pilviškiai from 1980 to 1991. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled in Vilnius Pedagogical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from 1992 to 1996. Jolanta then pursued further education at Vilnius Pedagogical University (now known as Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences) and earned a Master of Mathematics degree from 1996 to 1998.

In 2002, they attended Vilnius Business Management School, specializing in Finance Management. Jolanta completed their studies in 2007 and graduated with a Bachelor of Management and Business Administration degree. During their academic journey, they also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2017, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2022, Jolanta received the IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level (CPRE-FL_Syll_3.0) certification from iSQI GmbH - International Software Quality Institute.
