Jurate Balciune

Jurate Balciune has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jurate started their career in the public sector as a Senior Accounting Specialist, where they worked from July 2008 to October 2018. After that, they joined Festo Lietuva as a Market and Customer Analyst, specializing in customer analysis and creating thorough customer factsheets. Jurate worked at Festo Lietuva from November 2018 to October 2021.

In 2021, Jurate Balciune joined Baltic Amadeus as an IT Business Analyst / Product Owner. Their main responsibilities include leading development teams, managing backlogs and deliverables, and ensuring the delivery of projects according to the roadmap.

In 2022, they moved on to work at AZETA, UAB (Eurovaistine.lt) as a Business Analyst. However, their tenure in this role is not specified.

Currently, they are working at OSIV Solution Center as a Product Owner. Their responsibilities include planning, analyzing, prioritizing, and delivering projects. Jurate Balciune holds a Master's degree in Economics, which they obtained from Kaunas University of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the same university, studying from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Jurate has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jurate obtained the "Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience FL (CPUX-F)" certification from UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V. in April 2023. Jurate obtained the "Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)" certification from Scrum.org in August 2022. In December 2021, they obtained the "Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE FL)" certification from IREB GmbH. Furthermore, they hold the "Entry Certificate in Business Analysis™" certification from IIBA which they obtained in June 2021. Jurate also completed the "Automated Software Testing" program at Vilnius CODING School in April 2021 and the "Full Stack programming" course at CodeAcademy in February 2021. Additionally, they hold the "BPM 2 Fundamental Professional" certification from OMG, obtained in April 2022, and the "Agile Analysis Certification" from IIBA, obtained in January 2022.
