Olga Batova

Olga Batova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Olga started their career in 2003 at DNB as a Relationship Manager in the Financial Institutions Department. Olga later moved on to become a Treasury Dealer in the Investment Banking Department before joining BT Invest as a Group Treasury Manager in 2008. In 2009, they returned to DNB as a Business Analyst in the Business Integration Department, where they progressed to the role of Test Coordinator and then Functional Lead in Markets & Treasury and Securities. In 2013, Olga joined DNB's Business Change Department/Baltic Division as a Senior Project Manager. After leaving DNB in 2014, Olga joined Barclaycard as a Business Design Analyst, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Olga works as a Senior Business Analyst at Baltic Amadeus, starting in 2019. Throughout their career, Olga has demonstrated expertise in business analysis, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Olga Batova completed their education at Vilnius University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from 1997 to 2001. Olga then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics from 2001 to 2003 at the same university.
