Rasa Stupakovaite

Rasa Stupakovaite's work experience includes roles at Baltic Amadeus, Barclays, and EY. In 2020, they became the Head of Project Management at Baltic Amadeus.

At Barclays, they held several positions including Head of Global Service and Operations in the PMO Shared Service Centre from 2016 to 2020, Country Manager in the PMO Shared Service Centre at Barclaycard from 2014 to 2016, Lead PMO Manager in the Global Business Transformation Programme at Barclaycard in 2013, PMO Manager in Digital Consumer Payments at Barclaycard in 2013, and PMO Analyst at Barclaycard from 2011 to 2012.

During their time at EY, they worked as a Senior Business Consultant in the Business Advisory Services from 2009 to 2011, and as a Business Consultant in the Business Advisory Services from 2007 to 2009. Their responsibilities included project management, team leadership, client relationship management, sales generation, and business problem solving.

Rasa Stupakovaite began their education at Vilnius University in 2003 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Finance, in 2007. Rasa continued their studies at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Finance from 2007 to 2009. In 2006, they also participated in an exchange program at Utrecht University's Utrecht School of Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Rasa Stupakovaite has acquired several certifications related to project management and lean practices. Rasa obtained the PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner Certification from APM Group in April 2010, followed by the PMP® Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2013. In July 2013, they received the P3O® (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices) Practitioner Certification from APM Group.

Rasa Stupakovaite continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by obtaining the Certificate of Lean Competency from the Lean Competency System in December 2015 and the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in October 2016. Rasa also acquired the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in March 2020.

More recently, Rasa Stupakovaite has obtained certifications such as the 2020 PMO Global Awards Judging Committee Membership and the Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., both in December 2021. Rasa also served as a committee member for the PMO Global Awards in 2019 and 2020.
