Matthew Cadman

Matthew Cadman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and healthcare. Currently serving as a Business Transformation Project Manager at Baltic Apprenticeships since April 2021, Matthew has held multiple roles within the organization, including Business Insights Manager, Bids & Insights Lead, Bid Writer, and Business Consultant. Prior to this, Matthew gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at Stryker and worked as a Scrub Nurse at The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. Matthew began a career in healthcare as a Healthcare Assistant before earning a Diploma of Education in Perioperative/Operating Room and Surgical Nursing at Teesside University from 2011 to 2013.
