Shae Dickman

Shae Dickman has extensive experience in business transformation and marketing, currently serving as Head of Business Transformation at Baltic Apprenticeships since February 2017. Throughout the tenure at Baltic Apprenticeships, Shae has held several key positions, including Head of Business Improvement, Head of Routeway Success, Marketing & Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Junior Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, and Sales and Marketing Executive. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Advisor at EE from June 2014 to February 2017. Shae Dickman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing Management from the University of Sunderland between 2013 and 2016, and studied at Sunderland College from 2011 to 2013.
