Giedrė Rubytė

Giedrė Rubytė has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Giedrė is currently the Head of HR for BGS Group at BGS (Baltic Ground Services) starting from May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director for Doloop from November 2020 to May 2023. From December 2017 to November 2020, they were the HR/Training Manager at UAB Litcargus, where they played a key role in developing company culture and employee engagement. Giedrė also had a short-term role as an HR and Sales Project Manager at Lean.lt (UAB Efektyvūs procesai) in 2017. Giedrė's earlier work experience includes positions as Key Account Manager at TMD partners from January 2014 to April 2017, Key Account Manager at Orion Corporation from January 2010 to January 2014, Human Resources Manager at UAB RexRangas from October 2007 to April 2009, and Human Resources Manager at UAB JU2 from September 2006 to December 2007.

Giedrė Rubytė's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Vilnius Gabijos Gymnasium, where they completed their secondary education. Giedrė then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, graduating in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Giedrė Rubytė has also obtained various certifications. In May 2019, they became a Certified DiSC trainer through Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In June 2019, they received a certification in LEAN Management (Asaichi, Kaizen, 5S, TPM) from Honsha.Org - Consulting Group. In September 2019, they completed a program in Managing Different Behavior Employees offered by Stankeviciene. In April 2020, they attained the certification of Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and its related instruments certified practitioner from Thomas International. Most recently, in March 2021, they became a Certified Reward Management Professional through Atlygio konsultacijos | kajieta.eu.
