Joseph Cofer Black in recent years is providing strategic guidance, business development, and high-level consulting to leading companies of the entire world, utilizing his unique and wide experience in the USA and international market.

Before focusing on work in the private sector, Mr. Black was an internationally recognized authority on counterterrorism, cyber security, national security, and foreign affairs. Joseph Cofer Black served as Director, Counterterrorist Center (D/CTC) in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) directing the CIA’s global war on terrorism from 1972-2002, afterward (2002-2005) fulfilling the duties of Ambassador and Coordinator for Counterterrorism for the Department of State of USA.

In the period from 2005-2016, Mr. Joseph Cofer Black worked in the private sector, being responsible for guiding the business development strategies of several companies, providing corporate support also to US Government and international customers.
