Marina Mikhailiuk is an experienced planning professional with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Planning Manager at Baltika Breweries since May 2021, Marina specializes in finished goods stocks management, KPI monitoring, and automation of planning processes. Previously, Marina held various roles at The HEINEKEN Company, including Transportation Logistics Regional Manager, where logistics KPIs were enhanced, and Supply Planning Specialist, responsible for production planning and optimization of supply processes. Marina's career began with Procter & Gamble as a Production Analyst intern, where cost analyses led to significant savings. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economic Geography from Saint Petersburg State University, Marina brings a solid educational foundation to the field.
