Tatiana Posmetnaya

Tatiana Posmetnaya is an experienced IT project manager at Baltika Breweries, with a career spanning from March 2009 to the present, specializing in the development and dissemination of Carlsberg IT strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as overseeing IT project management for ERP systems and BI solutions. Prior to this role, Tatiana served as IT manager at Aldaris, part of the Carlsberg Group, from 1994 to 2008, where responsibilities included IT department management, infrastructure development, and information system implementation. Tatiana holds an engineering degree in Applied Mathematics from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and an MBA from Riga Business School.
