Lauren Pierce

Lauren Pierce currently serves as the Director of Human Resources, Americas at Baltimore Aircoil Company since January 2020. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Carroll Independent Fuel Co from May 2017 to January 2020. With a background in managing HR teams and operations for various companies such as Honeywell, UOP, and Florida Rock & Tank Lines Inc, Lauren has proven experience in strategically supporting businesses, managing HR functions, and leading organizational changes. Lauren's educational background includes a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of North Florida - Coggin College of Business.
