Sharon Sang

Sharon Sang is an experienced HR professional with a background in talent development, training, and people management. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Management from Shanghai Second Medical University, Sharon has held key HR roles in various multinational companies such as Castrol, MSD, Dow Chemical, and Parkway Health China. Currently, as the HR Director, Asia at Baltimore Aircoil Company, Sharon leads the HR team in strategic and operational HR management for the Asia/China organization, partnering with the leadership team on organization design to drive business growth and effectiveness.
