Frederic Dura

Frederic Dura is an experienced HR professional with an extensive background in leading human resources functions across various regions, including Asia Pacific and Europe. Currently serving as HR Director for Asia at Millennium Management since January 2019, Frederic previously held the position of HR Director APAC at ED&F Man. Notable prior roles include heading Human Resources for Standard Chartered Bank in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, as well as working on a secondment at Asia Commercial Bank to enhance HR functions. Frederic's experience encompasses significant roles within Standard Chartered Bank, Alstom Transport, Honeywell/Novar Plc, and Viatel, demonstrating a strong focus on strategic people management and organizational development. Frederic holds a DESS in Social Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a law degree from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
