Tom Verbiest

Tom Verbiest is a seasoned manufacturing and engineering professional with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Technologies Manager EMEIA at Baltimore Aircoil Company since February 2016, Tom oversees manufacturing technologies for multiple production plants in EMEA and leads the implementation of a Global MES system. Prior roles include Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Autoneum Holding AG, where Tom directed the manufacturing engineering department and managed new product start-ups, as well as Senior Project Manager Site Masterplanning at Procter & Gamble, focusing on site masterplans for the batteries plant. Tom's career began at Duracell, where significant contributions included roles from Electrical Engineer to Plant Engineering Manager, focusing on maintenance and engineering leadership. Education credentials include a Certified Innovation Mentor program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen.
