Chandra McCoy

Chandra Mccoy currently serves as a Grants Service Specialist at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Chandra worked as a Docket Specialist at the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings from January 2021 to November 2022, coordinating appeals for the Maryland Department of Health. Prior to this role, Chandra was a Patient Access Specialist II at Johns Hopkins Medicine for one year and served as a Substitute Teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools. Chandra's extensive experience with the United States Postal Service includes roles such as Passport Agent, Customer Care Specialist, and Mail Clerk from 2011 to 2019. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology at Morgan State University, Chandra's education journey began at Baltimore City College in 2015 and continues to the present.
