Donnice E. Brown

Donnice E. Brown has been with the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development since August 1995, where Donnice E. currently holds the position of Assistant Director, Chief of Youth Services in the Youth Services Division. In addition, Donnice E. also serves as the Out of School Youth Administrator since January 2022. Donnice E. Brown obtained their education from Towson University.
