Natasha Blake-McDowell

Mrs. Natasha Blake-McDowell is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as Assistant Principal at Baltimore City Public Schools since September 2022. Additionally, Mrs. Blake-McDowell is a Board Member for KIPP Baltimore Schools and a Middle States Regional Council Member for The College Board. As the Founder & CEO of SPIRED Consulting Group Inc. since November 2018, Mrs. Blake-McDowell has contributed significantly to various educational initiatives. Previous roles include Director of College Counseling at Loyola Blakefield and Associate Program Director at CollegeBound Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of College Access Program Specialists and managing a substantial operating budget. An adjunct professor at both Anne Arundel Community College and Stratford University, Mrs. Blake-McDowell also has a solid academic background, pursuing a Doctor of Education in Urban Education and Leadership at Morgan State University, and holding various degrees in education and international business.
