Lynn Handy

Director of Talent for Good at Baltimore Corps

Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships and Special Initiatives, Lynn facilitates a national community of practice known as Talent For Good, dedicated to the effectiveness of the social impact sector. In this role, Lynn oversees strategic implementation and planning, partner engagement, advocacy efforts, and operational decisions as they impact the goals and outcomes of the initiative to accelerate the success of effective talent initiatives towards social impact. Her professional experience includes grassroot program development, local advocacy initiatives, strategic planning and fund development. Before Baltimore Corps Lynn was the Senior Associate at the Norman and Ruth Rales Foundation, Executive Director of the Downtown Sailing Center, and high school U.S.History teacher. She is a proud graduate of UMBC (History) where she developed her passion for public service as a member of the Shriver Center. She also has a Masters in Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
