M. Kent Johnson, CCM, CCE, ECM, has an extensive background in club management, currently serving as the General Manager and COO at the Baltimore Country Club since February 2018. Previously, Johnson held a similar role at The Elkridge Club from February 2007 to February 2018, where the emphasis was on maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere and upholding the club's traditions and standards. Johnson's career also includes positions as a Manager at the New York Yacht Club and Club Manager at the Gibson Island Club, with membership in CMAA from January 2002 to January 2015. M.
