Ann Beegle

Ann Beegle has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Ann has worked as the Director of Philanthropy & Partnerships for the Baltimore County Public Library, where they led fundraising activities and oversaw the library's foundation. Prior to that, Ann operated their own consulting firm, Ann Beegle, LLC, where they worked with clients on strategic planning, fundraising campaigns, communications strategies, and political campaigns.

Ann also served as the VP of Strategic Investments at the Baltimore Community Foundation, where they led teams in discretionary grantmaking and provided strategic advice to the President/CEO. Ann has experience as an Executive Director for both Star-Spangled 200, where they contributed to the planning and fundraising efforts of a large commemoration event, and the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House, where they managed operations and eliminated debt.

In the political realm, Ann served as the Chief of Staff for Baltimore County and the Executive Director of the Maryland Democratic Party. In these roles, they managed day-to-day activities, oversaw strategic initiatives, and directed fundraising programs.

Additionally, Ann has experience as the Communications Director for the Maryland Democratic Party and as the Associate Director of Development for The Walters Art Museum, where they led fundraising strategies and advised on government affairs.

Ann Beegle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in May 2022, The Six Types of Working Genius Certification from The Six Types of Working Genius in August 2021, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University in November 2017.
