Donald Terry Jr.

Donald Terry Jr., MS. HRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Officer for Baltimore County Public Schools since September 2023. Previously, Donald was a Senior Business Partner at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where the role focused on fostering relationships within assigned client areas and promoting equity and inclusion. Donald also held the position of Human Capital Business Partner at Baltimore City Public Schools, advising school leaders on staffing solutions, and Human Capital Specialist roles across various organizations. Donald's earlier experience includes managing human resources and operations positions at Express Inc, Morgan State University, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Vitel Communications, and ARAMARK. Donald holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Morgan State University.
