Ethan Holmes

Ethan Holmes began their work experience in 2006 as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager at the Edison Electric Institute. Ethan then joined Pepco Holdings in 2011 as a Strategic Programs Analyst, where they worked until April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Strategy Analyst at Baltimore Gas & Electric, starting in April 2022.

Ethan Holmes attended The George Washington University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
