Pamela Huggins

Pamela Huggins, MSM, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Imagine You Scholarship Fund since January 2019, focusing on educating families on financial preparation for education and guiding students in career pathing and college selection. In addition to this role, Huggins has been a representative at Primerica, assisting families in achieving financial independence, and a Customer Relations Representative at Baltimore Gas & Electric, handling customer inquiries and emergency situations. Previous experiences include academic advising at the University of Maryland University College, retail investment services at T. Rowe Price, and various disaster management roles with Catholic Charities USA and The Salvation Army. Huggins has also held managerial positions at Verizon Wireless, contributing to performance optimization, and served as Director of Corporate Relations at Apollo Education Group. Huggins holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College.
