Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Hospitality Guest Experience Manager for the Baltimore Ravens since August 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held multiple positions at The Walt Disney Company from October 2020 to July 2024, including Guest Experience Manager, Guest Services, and Training Facilitator, in addition to serving as an Operations Specialist from March 2019 to April 2020. Kevin also worked as the Front of House Manager at Cypriana of Roland Park from January 2017 to March 2019. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Bellevue University and a Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida Atlantic University. Educational background includes studies at Towson University and Calvert Hall College High School.
