Quarterbacks Coach at Baltimore Ravens

Tee Martin is in his second season as the Ravens' wide receivers coach after spending 15 years coaching primarily in the collegiate ranks. Prior to his Baltimore arrival, Martin guided the wide receivers and also served as passing game coordinator and assistant head coach for two years (2019-20) at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee.

Throughout his career, Martin has helped mentor and develop a number of successful NFL wide receivers, including Marquise Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Nelson Agholor, Robert Woods and Randall Cobb.

In 2021, helped former Ravens WR Marquise Brown produce career bests in receptions (91) and receiving yards (1,008), on top of 6 receiving TDs.

In addition to his coaching career, he also served as a trainer for Nike and the Elite 11 QB competition camps. Named the 247Sports National Recruiter of the Year in 2016 as a member of the USC Trojans' staff. Was a semifinalist for the Broyles Award, which annually honors the best assistant coach in college football, during the 2017 season at USC. Prior to joining the Ravens, Martin spent 15 years coaching primarily in the collegiate ranks, where he most recently led the wide receivers and also served as passing game coordinator and assistant head coach for two years (2019-20) at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee.

A legendary Tennessee quarterback and 1998 national champion, Martin enjoyed a three-year NFL playing career and two seasons in the CFL, before joining the coaching ranks in 2006.
