Payton Mccollum

Payton McCollum currently serves as the Assistant Wide Receivers Coach for the Tennessee Titans, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Football Coach - Defensive Assistant with the Indianapolis Colts and as an Offensive Analyst at Eastern Michigan University, where McCollum contributed to a 9-4 record and MAC West Division Co-Championship in 2022. Previous coaching positions include Assistant Football Coach for Quarterbacks at the University of Washington, Assistant Football Coach for Wide Receivers at North Carolina Central University, and Football Coach - Offensive Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Earlier experience with the Detroit Lions and Campbell University involved various coaching and analysis responsibilities in offensive roles. McCollum's career began in finance as a Commercial Credit Analyst at BB&T before transitioning to sports coaching. McCollum holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from Catawba College.
