Tricia Bent-Goodley is currently a Team Clinician at the Baltimore Ravens. Tricia has previously worked as a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, a Guest Services Specialist at the Washington Capitals, a Customer Service Representative at D.C. United, and a Group Sales Coordinator at the Washington Kastles - World TeamTennis.

Bent-Goodley has always had a passion for helping others and working in the sports industry. Tricia is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and believes that sports can be a powerful tool for positive change. In their current role with the Ravens, they provide counseling and support services to players and staff. Tricia is also responsible for developing and implementing mental health programs for the team.
