Essence C. Pierce

Essence C. Pierce is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Baltimore Tree Trust since April 2024. Prior to this role, Essence held various positions at The Johns Hopkins University from June 2013 to October 2023, including Wellness Specialist and WorkLife Program Manager. Essence's earlier experience includes working as a Case Manager Supervisor at Advocates For Survivors of Torture and Trauma from April 2005 to September 2012.
