Kayla Spears

Kayla Spears is an experienced Program Coordinator at the Baltimore-Washington Conference of The United Methodist Church, where responsibilities include serving as Project Coordinator for the Catalyst Initiative design team, managing a $1 million Lilly Foundation grant, and implementing a learning management system. Additionally, as a Communications Strategist, Kayla excels in project management, graphic design, event planning, and marketing, notably creating sponsorship packages for the 2017 Annual Conference. Previous experience includes a Graphic Design Internship at iBOT Records, where merchandise and marketing materials were developed, and a Marketing Internship at Galley Creative Group, focusing on branding, social media campaigns, and public relations.
