Currently serving as a Quant in the L/S Equity Alpha Capture team at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since December 2020, Andrew previously held various positions, including a quantitative researcher at Engineers Gate, and a research scientist with Yahoo, where significant contributions to personalization algorithms were made. Andrew's academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science from UC Irvine, a Master's in Operations Research from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Tufts University, supplemented by research experience at esteemed institutions such as Los Alamos National Laboratory and UC Irvine.
