Matthew Siclari is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Balyasny Asset Management. He is also a member of BAM's Management Committee. His primary responsibilities include developing a robust legal and compliance infrastructure across the BAM organization globally. Matt oversees BAM's relationship with its Advisory Council. Prior to becoming BAM's GC/CCO, Matt held various positions within BAM's legal and compliance department including Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy CCO and Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining BAM in 2006, Matt served as a compliance consultant to several hedge fund managers and previously worked for the Office of the General Counsel in AIG's Domestic Brokerage Group. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from The City University of New York.
