Zita Odink

Zita Odink has extensive work experience in human resources and law. Zita most recently served as the HR Director at BAM Infra Nederland starting from January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of HR at Deutsche Bahn Cargo NL NV from September 2017 to January 2020. Zita also has experience as an Interim HR Project Manager at Youké from November 2016 to August 2017.

Before their roles in HR, Zita worked in various positions related to labor law. Zita was an Arbeidsrechtjurist at MKB juridisch advies from August 2005 to April 2007. Zita also served as a Secretaris Overlegzaken at TPG Post NV from October 1997 to August 2000 and an Arbeidsrechtjurist at Onderwijsbonden CNV from January 1997 to October 1997.

Zita began their career as a Paralegal at Loyens & Volkmaars from October 1994 to December 1996. Zita then transitioned into HR roles, starting as an HR Manager at TPG Post NV from September 2000 to December 2002. Zita subsequently held multiple HR Manager positions at Nederlandse Spoorwegen from May 2007 to April 2017 with responsibilities in talent acquisition, employer branding, and health management. Before that, they worked as the Head of Labor Conditions at Brouwer Groep from December 2001 to August 2005.

Zita Odink obtained a Master's degree in rechtsgeleerdheid from Utrecht University, completing their studies between 1986 and 1992.
