Elissa Holloway

Elissa joined BAM Nuttall in 2005 as learning and development coordinator and has been part of the growth and evolution of the department on her journey to her current role, head of talent management.

Upon leaving school with three GCSE’s and 6th form with a certificate in performing arts, Elissa’s dreams of being on the stage didn’t quite work out but her love of delivering exceptional customer service did. Her new ambition of becoming a hotel manager evolved as she experienced regional training sessions. Elissa shifted into HR and training roles for hotels and cruise ships, ensuring every member of staff had the skills and behaviours to deliver the perfect end-user experience. This formed the foundation of her career in Learning and Development.

Elissa enjoys being able to see people from around the business develop, grow and reach their potential. When she’s not at work, she loves walking, camping and being outside with her family.
