Anne Mus

Anne Mus has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management and Head of Health and Wellbeing at EUROCONTROL since June 1999. Responsibilities include comprehensive talent and career management, encompassing recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Prior roles at EUROCONTROL include Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Head of Recruitment & Job Management. Anne's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at SHL Belgium, where development of HRM tools and conducting assessment center projects were key tasks, and as a Human Resources Specialist at AMOCO, focusing on recruitment and performance appraisals. Anne holds a Post-Master degree in Psychotherapy and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Université catholique de Louvain.
