Faye Jenkins

Faye helps our customers, employees and local communities to access opportunities that create social mobility, and a more resilient and diverse sector. She is part of the Culture and Diversity team, leading our Enhancing Lives agenda - our approach to creating positive transformational change.

Faye joined BAM in May 2017. She previously spent 13 years at Laing O’Rourke as part of a social impact team. When she’s not working, Faye loves to get back to nature. She goes off-grid a couple of times a year to stay on eco-camps in the wild.
