Lainie began their career as a psychologist at Mountainview Associates. Lainie later transitioned into human resources, and held various HR positions at Home Depot and Blue Apron. In their most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bambee, Lainie is responsible for leading the company's HR strategy and initiatives.

Lainie has a deep understanding of the inner workings of organizations, and is passionate about helping companies create a positive and productive work environment for their employees.

Lainie Cooney has a M.A/Advanced Doctoral Studies in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles and a BA in Psychology from Clark University.
