Mike Shuckerow

Mike Shuckerow serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Legal at Catona Climate, overseeing departments including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Information Technology, Compliance, and Internal Audit since September 2019. In addition to this role, Mike holds positions as a Strategic Adviser and Equity Stakeholder at Bambee and Kaian, and is a Board Adviser at Vestwell. Mike also chairs the Board of Directors for both the Catona Climate Foundation and Napster, and previously worked as Special Regulatory Counsel for Cetera Financial Group and held senior compliance roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and Citi. Mike earned a BS in Pre-Law, Criminal Justice, and Political Science from Northeastern University, a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, and completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program at Harvard Business School.
