Mario Umana

Mario Umana has over 25 years of experience in the polymer industry. Mario began their career at Fina Oil and Chemical as an International Tech Service Engineer. Mario then moved on to Huntsman Polymers, where they worked as a Senior Staff Technical Service Engineer. At Pliant Corporation, they held the position of Corporate Technical Purchasing Manager and Corporate Purchasing Manager. Mario then joined Kraton Polymers as a Senior Research Engineer, where they played a key role in developing and implementing R&D and commercial strategies. Currently, they are employed at Bamberger Polymers as a Technical Manager and later became the Corporate Director-Technical Services. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading and directing technical teams, providing training and support, managing product development and improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
